A first note on this site, what's here, and what I'm thinking about lately.
Welcome. This is a thinking-out-loud space: short notes on product, AI, and the messy middle of building things at small companies.
Why this exists
I keep a running list of half-formed ideas in my notes app. Most stay there. The ones I keep returning to belong somewhere a little more public, where I have to say them clearly enough that I can stand by them later. That's what this section is for.
What you'll find here
Not a content strategy. A few things I expect to write about:
- Building agentic products. I spend most of my time building with LLMs lately. Notes on what's actually working in production vs. demo-ware.
- Product at small companies. Specifically the awkward stage between "founder does everything" and "we have a real product team."
- Design taste. Where the line is between restraint and ugly.
