Co-founder. Six years as CPTO before stepping into the CPO role. Built Tallysight into the financial infrastructure for sports gaming and prediction markets — used by The Athletic, USA Today, Sportradar, Entain, and NorthStar Gaming. About 50M people pass through our network each month, across 250+ partners and 50+ exchanges (Kalshi, Polymarket, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, others). I lead a globally distributed team across Platform, Operations, and Data. Most of my recent work has gone into rewriting our engineering and ops stack on AI-native patterns — Claude Code, 7-agent parallel orchestration, MCP-integrated tooling, 50+ custom AI skills — cutting ops overhead 60% and our customer-support SLA from three hours to fifteen minutes.

Led product and engineering at an AI consumer-fintech app serving 2M+ users. Partnered with the CEO on the shift from paid acquisition to product-led retention. Redesigned onboarding from twelve steps to five (35% completion lift; LTV:CAC went from 4:1 to 5:1 on $250K monthly ad spend). Built personalization frameworks that cut churn 18% and lifted 30-day retention 22%. Acquired by OneMain Financial.

First product hire. Modernized B2B food distribution from paper-based ordering to a mobile-first marketplace — scaled from 15 businesses to 60,000+, $500M GMV, $17M+ raised across Series A and B. Shipped the industry's first mobile sales-rep app with POS, inventory, and accounting integrations. Architected a supplier-first GTM that turned every supplier onboarded into hundreds of restaurant customers organically. Led platform integration of multiple acquisitions onto a unified product surface.

Architected core PaaS components and shared platform services for ADP's Next-Gen HCM platform — supporting millions of users across payroll, benefits, and workforce management. Co-inventor on two US patents: a design patent (USD779522 S1) for the HCM dashboard interface and a utility patent (US10373084B2) for integrated resource-tracking platform technology. Promoted to Solutions Architect within the first year.
