The financial infrastructure for sports gaming and prediction markets. Used by The New York Times, Sportradar, Gannett, Entain, and others — 1,500+ enterprise customers; about 50M people pass through the network each month, across 250+ partners and integrations with Kalshi, Polymarket, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and 45+ more.

Rewrote Tallysight's engineering and ops on agentic patterns: Claude Code with agent parallel orchestration, MCP-integrated tooling, 30+ custom AI skills. Automated customer-support intake (ClickUp + Slack + Intercom) cut SLA from three hours to fifteen minutes; ops overhead dropped 60%.

Led platform modernization from bespoke per-publisher integrations to a composable API and embeddable architecture. Integration time fell from weeks to days; unlocked new enterprise revenue channels via personalization, content generation, and conversion-optimization primitives.

First product hire. Took B2B food distribution from paper to a mobile-first marketplace: 15 businesses → 60,000+; $500M GMV; $17M+ raised. Industry-first mobile sales-rep app with POS / inventory / accounting integrations.

Compressed onboarding from twelve steps to five at an AI consumer-fintech app serving 2M+ users. 35% completion lift, LTV:CAC 4:1 → 5:1 on $250K monthly ad spend. Acquired by OneMain Financial.

Architected core PaaS components and shared platform services across payroll, benefits, and workforce management. Two US patents: USD779522 S1 (HCM dashboard interface) and US10373084B2 (integrated resource-tracking platform).
